RunTape from Runners Relief is a kinesiology tape that helps prevent and treat injuries while running, exercising, playing sports, or receiving physiotherapy.
Kinesiology tape is an elasticated cotton-based tape that attaches to the skin to give support to muscles and joints whilst also promoting movement.
RunTape is designed to minimise muscle swelling and ligament strain by enhancing blood and lymphatic circulation, resulting in speedier healing and injury prevention.

Returns

Refunds
